For those of you who have completed the introductory Body-Centered Coaching Introductory courses with Founder Marlena Field or with one of her licensed teachers, you already know about the profound effect of including the body’s wisdom in the coaching conversation.
The certification process will deepen your skills of mindfulness, having an experimental attitude, being spacious, engaging your intuition and will take your ability to be body-centered to a new level of mastery.
Here is the first pre-class video and if it inspires you please consider joining us. The video was recorded shortly after I had broken my neck two years ago so don’t be alarmed by the neck brace. I am now fully recovered and doing well.
